I believe in architecture as a continuous action as opposed to an end product. Sustainable architecture is one that can be adapted through change in time, use, and inhabitants. I am interested in designing flexible infrastructures through minimal interventions that address multiple scales - from the individual to the collective, and eventually the city. I look to respond to, rather than impose on, any given context by searching for its existing spatial rhythm, then intervening through means of correction, exaggeration, and appropriation.
I have taught at Monash University and the University of Hong Kong, and have been invited as a guest critic at Monash University, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the University of Hong Kong.
